How DoGA works

Sun Dec 31, 2006, 1:10 PM
Really DoGA is its own category because its much simpler then other 3D modellers like Lightwave.

First of all go to the menu and go to add part. Keep putting parts together until it looks like something. Theirs about 600 parts.

Create a few colours and textures and add it on to parts.

Render it and now ou got a picture.

(Optional starting here)

Take you objects and split it into seperate thngs (legs, arms, head) and save them each.

Go to multi-jointer and put them together and add pivot points on them.

Create a few poses like standing crouching running.

Go to the action creator

Select a frame (out of 100) and place a pose their. Place lots within the frames.

Play it and your model will move.

Select if you want gravity and auto touch down to occur.

Go to motion editor and place you multi-joint (battlemech) or average object (x-wing) in.

Give them passage points to make them move.

Select a total amount of frames in the motion.

Save it

Go to animation play and play your movie!

Your done the proccess! Note you only had to do the object but all of them is fine.

Thanks for all the comments.
